RATES (up to 11 people)

– Low season: 2800€/week or 1500€/weekend (October – May)
2 nights 1500€, 3 nights 1760€, 4 nights 2020€, 5 nights 2280€, 6 nights 2540€, 7 nights 2800€
– Mid season: 3500€/week (June and September: daily maid service included. Christmas+Easter+Bank Holidays). 3 nights 1900€, 4 nights 2300€, 5 nights 2700€, 6 nights 3100€, 7 nights 3500€
– High season: 5200€/week (July- August). Change-over day: Saturdays. Daily maid service included.

-Booking procedure: 50% of the rental payment (not refundable) necessary to confirm booking. 50% to be paid 4 weeks in advance + security deposit 600€ (refundable after satisfactory check-out). Mandatory final cleaning (120€). Pet (50€). Extra bed (40€/person/night).
